Help for the FRSuite iOS app and agency operations platform.
Users can create a master FRSuite account in the web or iOS app. Agency features still require agency membership and permissions managed by FRSuite or participating agency administrators. If you cannot access agency tools, start with your agency administrator or supervisor. Account deletion can be started from Settings in the iOS app.
Sign-In Help
Confirm that your account is active, your agency has enabled mobile access, and you are using the username or email address assigned to your FRSuite account.
App Access
Available tools can vary by agency and role. If a module such as Scheduling, Patrol Tracker, Pass On, Image Uploads, or Notifications is missing, contact your agency administrator.
Device Permissions
Location access is used for Patrol Tracker when tracking is active. Notifications are used for operational alerts. Photos access is used only for supported upload or export workflows.
Contact Support
For FRSuite app support, email [email protected]. Include your agency name, username, device type, app version, and a short description of the issue.
For privacy, account correction, export request routing, or deletion questions beyond the in-app flow, email [email protected] or contact your agency administrator.
Before You Contact Support
- Confirm you have a working internet connection.
- Confirm the app is updated to the latest available version.
- Check iOS Settings for Location, Notifications, and Photos permissions if a workflow depends on them.
- Sign out and sign back in if your agency access or role was recently changed.

FRSuite is an agency operations platform. It is not an emergency reporting system. For urgent public safety, medical, or emergency assistance, use the appropriate emergency channels for your area.
