iOS app Web app Agency-managed accounts

FRSuite is an operational platform for agencies. Users can create a master FRSuite account in the web or iOS app, and optional agency request details may be used for follow-up. Agency access, permissions, disabling, and removal are managed by FRSuite administrators or by the agency responsible for the account.

Who This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how FRSuite collects, uses, and protects information when people use the FRSuite web application, iOS application, mobile API, notifications, and related agency operations tools. It also explains how agency administrators and FRSuite administrators manage account and operational data.

Agencies using FRSuite may have their own policies, public-records obligations, retention rules, labor rules, or legal requirements. When an agency manages your account or operational records, that agency may also determine how long certain records are retained and how requests about those records are handled.

How We Use Information

  • Provide FRSuite web, mobile, API, notification, and agency workflow features.
  • Authenticate users and enforce agency, role, module, and permission controls.
  • Maintain audit logs, operational history, notification records, and administrator review tools.
  • Register devices for push notifications and allow users to manage remembered devices or sessions.
  • Support Patrol Tracker location workflows when a user starts patrol tracking.
  • Store and process photos, files, notes, signatures, and other user-provided content for agency workflows.
  • Protect FRSuite, agencies, and users from unauthorized access, abuse, security events, and service failures.
  • Operate, debug, monitor, improve, and support the service.

Location, Photos, and Push Notifications

FRSuite requests location access for Patrol Tracker. Location data is collected only for supported patrol tracking workflows and is sent to FRSuite when tracking is active or when queued patrol points are retried. Users can control location permissions in iOS Settings.

FRSuite may ask for permission to send push notifications. Push notifications are used for operational alerts, inbox updates, scheduling/detail opportunities, Pass On notices, upload/community-share activity, training, or other agency workflows. Users can control notification permissions in iOS Settings.

FRSuite may request add-only Photos access when a user chooses to save exported image originals to the Photos library. FRSuite does not need full photo-library browsing access for that export action.

Sharing and Disclosure

FRSuite may share or make information available in the following ways:

  • With the agency or agencies that manage the account, membership, operational records, or submitted content.
  • With users in the same agency when a workflow, permission, notification, assignment, upload, post, or report makes that information visible.
  • With FRSuite administrators and authorized service operators who need access for support, security, operations, deployment, or troubleshooting.
  • With infrastructure providers and service providers that host, transmit, back up, secure, or deliver the service, including push-notification infrastructure.
  • When required to comply with legal obligations, public-records obligations, safety requirements, valid process, or enforceable agency instructions.

FRSuite does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for cross-app advertising tracking.

Retention

FRSuite retains account, audit, operational, notification, upload, patrol, schedule, time, training, and related records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet agency operational needs, maintain security and audit history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support backups or disaster recovery.

Agency-managed records may be retained according to the applicable agency's record-retention, employment, operational, or legal requirements. Some records may remain in backups, logs, audit trails, or immutable history for a limited period after removal from active views.

Account Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

Users can create a master FRSuite account in the web or iOS app. Agency features require agency membership and permissions managed by FRSuite administrators or by the agency responsible for the account. Users can update profile, password, device, session, preference, and account deletion settings from within FRSuite when those features are available.

Self-service account deletion disables sign-in, removes profile contact information from the active account, revokes active sessions and remembered logins, and removes account-level preferences and credentials. To request other account correction, export, or privacy assistance, contact your agency administrator first. If you do not know the correct agency contact, or if you need help routing a privacy request, contact FRSuite privacy support at [email protected].

Some requests may need to be handled by the agency responsible for the account or record, and some information may need to be retained for security, audit, legal, public-records, employment, or operational reasons.

Security

FRSuite uses technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect account and operational information, including authenticated access, role and permission checks, transport encryption, server-side logging, and device/session controls. No system can guarantee absolute security, but FRSuite is designed to limit access to authorized users and administrators.

Children

FRSuite is intended for agency and workforce operations. It is not directed to children and is not intended for use as a child-directed service.

Changes to This Policy

FRSuite may update this Privacy Policy as the service, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
